FramR price rounding

Post by Ed209 »

What do other users think about FramR the way they have changed the price round up if indeed you use the option to round up to the nearest pound.
For those who don’t use it basically it rounds up the price at the final figure on the invoice but also shows the pre round up price as well and they seem to think that is acceptable ie job is £26.78 it rounds it to £27 but customer sees both figures on invoice

I use rounding with the Wessex pricing program and think it's fine, no customers has ever commented. However showing it on the invoice is a bit daft in my view, it will only lead to questions and awkward moments. Not a good idea in my view.
