Valiani Mat Pro 120 For Sale

I am now selling my much loved and very effective Valiani Mat Pro 120 as I now have the bigger Valiani Mat Pro 150 being delivered very soon.

This machine has been the mainstay of our business since we got it nearly two years ago. It cuts superbly and is very easy to use. It takes standard size boards (not Jumbo size) and will cut board up to 3mm in thickness. If you don't know the machine it is "semi-automatic" it has pneumatic clamps to hold the board, the cutter head pressure on the board and the blade penetration are also controlled pneumatically. The operator simply guides the head between stops and makes a 90 degree head rotation at the corners. Search on youtube for the Valiani videos. You will require a compressor.

It will cut double mounts in one operation.

This machine also has the very useful end trimmer accessory.

It comes with a solid tubular metal stand (not shown, but included in the sale) that enables the machine to be placed against a wall almost vertically so that it only takes up about 60cm from the wall. The overall dimensions of the back board are 160 x 120cm.

This machine was made in 2005 and everything works well. You are welcome to come to Sussex (near Gatwick Airport) and try it. I would like £1200 (thats less than 1/3 the current price).
