Acrylic/Photo/Dibond sandwich

I am looking for a company that can take a digital image, print it and then sandwich it between thin (3mm?) acrylic and an aluminium panel. A sub-frame on the back would also be useful.

Any pointers towards decent suppliers gratefully received.
