Hello there!
I'm an experienced former carpenter and joiner living in the south west. Prior to this I served in the Army for several years. I now work for HM Government.
I have a vast and almost complete collection of Commonwealth military badges which I have always promised the wife I would get mounted, framed and out of the way! I found this forum by chance a few weeks ago and after spending several hours searching and reading many threads on here, I've decided to get some basic kit together and give it a go myself. A lot of tools I already have, but some I'll need to get.
Anyway, just saying 'Hello' and no doubt I'll probably be picking your collective brains for help and tips in the future!
Cheers, Paul.

Hi Paul, welcome to the Forum. I am quite new to the Forum, and framing, myself and I have found it to be a tremendous resource. Sometimes I have learnt something completely new and other times it has just given me the confidence of knowing that I was already doing the right thing (not that it has happened that way round as much as it should!)
Welcome aboard and happy framing!
