Print restorer

Anyone know of a fine art print restorer? (Not scan, Photoshop & reprint )
A friend has a signed, limited edition Terry O'Neill photographic print worth £1000+ -
but a corner got bent over & now it has a big crease on it.

It's the physical print itself that needs attention.
