Not Enough Room For A CMC? No longer an Issue.

Post by JamieGriff93 »

Space is no longer an Issue!!

Our latest Valiani installation was in a small gallery who in the past would have been told they do not have the space for a CMC machine of any description.

Thanks to the new wall mounting kit designed by Valiani it is now possible for them to enjoy all of the features and speed that a new CMC machine has to offer.

The pictures below show the final installation of both the Valiani machine pulled forward in an operational position which is quite imposing on the space and also the machine when it is stored against the wall when not in use.

Now is the time to reconsider your space as it might now be possible.

Installation completed by Mark Griffiths and Jamie Griffiths

Hahaha, maybe we will have to start looking for a ceiling mounting kit then.

And thanks Steve, we are very happy with it. :D

Hi

Looks Good I could certainly do with this, just a few questions though

What is the minimum ceiling height and width and length required for an Ultra BC? with this bracket

I'm thinking of getting a new machine would this an option or an extra? as the base wont be required.

And if an extra what's the cost (including the bracket) on top of the standard installation cost?

Thanks Keith

That is great... wonder why it's not been thought of before.

Is it a Valiani gizmo or can any CMC utilise the 'kit'

Im not 100% sure on the dimensions of the bracket but if you contact Joe at Simons he will be able to give you the exact dimensions. The stand for both the 120 and 150 BC are the same but if clearance above and below is an issue then the smaller will be more suitable as it hangs off the stand less. Also I believe that the wall mounting kit can replace the stand as like you say there is no need for both.

Chris this stand is made by Valiani so is specific to the, I am unaware of anyone else doing the same thing
