we were asked to make a copy of the frame on the Mona Lisa
the frame was hand carved and gilded and we documented the process so people can see it made
really enjoying the carving and getting quite a few commissions

Looks splendid. And presumably therefore with a Chinese copy oil in it - they can be quite good. Dulwich Picture Gallery put a 'fake' into their collection a couple of years ago.
