Arquadia Deliverys to NI

Post by The DWF »

Anybody else having delivery's arriving late from Arqadia to N. Ireland

Every order that I have place from the middle of June has taken 5 full days or more to arrive :head: Order placed on Sunday morning via web and arriving after 4.30 on a Friday :head:

To me this is unacceptable and was wondering if anybody else was having a similar problems

I haven't used them for quite a while but when I did it was usually 3-4 days after ordering. I've been using Abbey Glass for any Arqadia stuff I need, if it's something they don't stock it can be ordered.

2-3 days is the norm for Arqadia and that's this side of the water.

I regularly order from Rose&Hollis who are in London. It's very rare not to get an order in over 24hrs.
Order in the afternoon and it's here the next morning. One wonders if they can do it why do Aq take
three days.

* I've ordered stuff from e-bay and it gets here quicker than Aq. From China.

I know this is not NI but I place a web order with Arqadia on Saturday afternoon. That is picked, packed and despatched on Monday, arrives in my shop Tuesday. I ask for routine delivery (not overnight).

Just another view of the same supplier :D

Same for me, order by say mid morning and it's at the door within 24 hours.
Applies to Lion as well as Arqadia.

I order online with Arquadia and it's very rare if it take more than 24 hours, and that's ordered as standard delivery, last week I forgot to press the Confirm button on the website, I checked later around lunchtime and I noticed, so pressed it and got it the next day. Sorry I'm not in NI either, so it looks like they could be telling the truth.
