Hello all,
I would like to share some of the mouldings i make,
Being a joiner and a carpenter gives me ability to make my own moulding, and i love to do what can't be done usually in standard framing.
Most clients complain that they can't find a solid wood circular frame and it was the trigger for this idea.
I make it 4, 5 or 7 pieces for this size depends on client request, internal diameter is 23 CM
Width 3 CM and depth is 2.2 CM
This one is in the workshop as a sample while the final product will look better, and last photo is for a mosaic wall clock i made but missing the clock machine in the photo, and it's 4 CM thickness.
Hope to receive your critique and comments

Very nice
I was asked just last week if I can make a round tray frame but for 1m Diameter, I said I could be done but not by me and it would cost big £££.

I agree it will cost a lot especially in the UK,Framie wrote:Very nice .
I'm from Jordan so prices is different and depend on the kind of wood and finish.
But i can tell that this method is the best way for solid wood circular or oval frames but the joint will be different if it's wide diameter like 1 M
Glad you like it
