Re: Which glue for waxy Paper?
I could be wrong, but I don't think there is a glue that will successfully stick to a waxy surface.
You could do a few tests and see what the results are.

This is a case of an "artist" making their failure to think of the consequences of their actions a problem for the framer.

I agree with everyone's comments so far.
If the waxy paper is to go behind a window-mount then you could use none glue methods such as corner pockets or platform mount or mylar etc.
Is the paper waxy on both sides?

A bit more info on the nature of the work would be handy.
The only way I can think of sticking to wax is more wax, but it would have to be melted.
Methinks this is another case of an artist not thinking the job though.

Thanks all for comments.
Apparently the "paper" is dartboard - does that ring a bell with anyone??

Are we talking of a sheet of paper or a target game apparatus?

Mylar encapsulation, or Mylar clear film overlay are the easy ways to do this. In both cases you will need a mount to hid where the film is stuck in place. Not much point in trying to stick the paper down, reversible technique beat non reversible every time and not difficult to do either.
