Framer in the Oldham Area

I am no longer framing and a friend of mine is looking for a good framer in the Oldham area. He has found one person but they can't do mats, woun't pick up the framing molds and won't do oak because 'it's too hard' . I said probably best avoided anyway if that's the case. Does anybody know of any recommendations.

We deal with all the major moulding suppliers
We do a lot of oak!

(We are only open Thursday to Saturday at the moment)
