I have a problem with one particular moulding tending to crush at the mouldings uppermost face in the underpinner. Spreading the load with a larger pressure pad faced with MDF, has not solved the problem. Has anyone encountered such problem and has got any solutions, please! So far it seems not an easy problem to solve. Any suggestions welcome.
Thanks.

Use a pencil rubber between the pad and moulding, I use one when doing scoops or spoon mouldings

That's Steve,
I haven't tried this, but it sounds like an interesting idea for me to try. Thanks, I will give it a try!
