Cassese Cartridge Wedges

Hi. Just wondering if anyone a)has been able to source cartridge type wedges or b)has tried the type of metal alternative shown in the photo, and can comment on effectiveness etc. I use a CS1 Cart Underpinner but am now running out of cartridges. I have been refilling the cartridges with Alfamacchine v nails and whilst this is ok there is a tendency for the refilled cartridges to misfire and jam, causing problems when halfway through pinning procedures.
