Hi everyone!
I recently put in a chop order for five large frames from Larson Juhl, it initially went through but has just been cancelled without explanation...which sucks.
I'm guessing someone ordered the same moulding at a similar time and they've perhaps run out... But I'm not having any luck with getting some of their chaise and ferrous mouldings in stock!
Can anyone suggest an alternative to their Chaise moulding, 285 757 718... maybe some of you deal with another supplier who stocks something similar?
70mm wide or more, a kind of metallic copper colour with a scoop.
Cancelled order, alternative suggestions for moulding...

I'll do that. I've sent them a message but will follow up on Monday with a call.theframer wrote: Sat 05 Jul, 2025 11:39 am Its showing 43 meters in stock give them a call to find out whats going on
The frames are pretty big, 535 x 1130mm. Maybe to do with that, though haven't had issues before.

Re: Cancelled order, alternative suggestions for moulding...
I thought I'd give an update in case anyone else is having a similar issue.
I have been having chevrons cancelled from my orders, and then my fairly large (for me) chop order was cancelled.
After speaking with customer service, I was asked for an account number I didn't appear to have. It turns out, I had a pro-forma account and that I needed to sign up to an account that had a line of credit attached to it. I contacted my sales rep who expedited the process, and then I managed to get my chop order.
