Hi,
I don't know if John is still able to support these sort of problems but a few months ago the Post Code /Address look up button started returning this error message. "Post Code Error encountered" and I now just type the address in manually , not the end of the world but I'm still paying scenes £5 a month for this facility, has anyone encountered a similar problem and is there a quick fix ?

Have you tried contacting him direct? My copy had his details under "Test" or something similar or email jr@estlite.com
