This has to be one of the most dispiriting notifications I receive in my in-box.
Why is it that the company who sends out the maximum quantity of notifications is in inverse proptortion to their effectivness and efficiency.
Who sends this guff out?
"We will soon have your order"
"We have your order"
"your order is on its way"
"We are about to deliver your order" ..
"Our driver was unable to deliver your order .."
This last notificaion is actually better than - "We have delivered your order", because the order will not have been delivered to my address and yet proudly shows a photograph of some unknown doorway at where my parcel now sits.
There is even a local Evri Missing Parcel Facebook Group here.

Somebody thought that if they rebranded from Hermes to Evri then everything would magically improve...

Re: Evri has your Order
They have a very bad reputation but our place must be dead simple to find. I’ve only had two evri errors, both were delivered no problem, but the photos I received. which I didn’t need anyway, were of a different package at a different address.
Our road - a cul de sac - is garden close, which for some daft reason changes to woodlands close half way down. So I regularly get mail and deliveries. including takeaways, for the same door number. and vice versa. Then they built 84 houses in a meadow behind us (don’t get me started) with a “crane gardens” and we started gettting stuff for the same house number there too!
It’s the “how did we do”? that gets on my proverbials. I ordered some stuff, you delivered it, Kays catalogue were doing it in 1890, what do you want, a frickin’ march past!!
