FramR softare not working

Hello all,

I use FramR pricing software. It no longer functions as of Tuesday. I put in a code for mountboard and it does not give me the option of selecting that board. Same with frames, glass etc.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times - without any success. I have contacted he Helpdesk but had no reply yet.

Is anyone else having similar problems?

Ours is working without issue today.

Has your subscription expired potentially?

Have you also checked that you have the latest version downloaded?

The subscription shouldnt be an issue - they offer a free version for pricing jobs.

It should be the latest version , downloaded from the microsoft store today. It doesn't say what version though?

So are you using the free version or the paid version? If you are on the paid version and your subscription runs out then it stops being accessible until you've paid your subs again. You can check your subs on the subscription page. If you want to use the Free version instead then you may have to download that separately.

If it is the paid version (don't know about the free one) then go to Settings, lhs of screen go down to About, click on that and the App version should be at the top. You can then check on Microsoft store which version is the latest.

When you reload it, did you take the other version off your system first? Before downloading it again?

I'm sure the Help Desk will get back to you, just trying to suggest things that have glitched on ours over the years and the recommended ways to resolve it as suggested by them.

We lost all our information once - no customer records, no orders, nothing. Panic set in but we removed, reloaded and it all came back to life.

If it is the free version that is glitching then sorry, not sure how to help on that one.

App version 19.157.245.00 installed and this is the same as the downloaded version from microsoft store.

I have checked system requirements and my processor isnt up to required standards on my fave laptop so I have downloaded onto an i7 processor laptop - with the same results very frustratingly.

The end user licence agreement states that 'FramR remains free to use, for free, forever' I didn't use any of the paid for stuff except the job sheets and I have that info elsewhere. I literally use it to price.

I uninstalled the software and reinstalled it . 3 times now. The 2nd pc has never had it installed before.

I have stuff to price and no ide how to do it without FramR. Sob!

Really sorry it is causing you problems - hope they come back to you soon. Totally understand the frustration when you can't price things.

Third time installing on 2nd puter and it installed suppliers catalogues - something it had not done before! No idea why - except we are surrounded by huge storms?! (Don't really think that!)
