Moulding IDs

Could anyone help ID these mouldings please?

We have two separate frames that the client wants to replicate (they brought the pictures back from overseas and couldn't transport the originals).

1 - silver black-specked outer frame / black red-specked inner frame / grey suedette mount / silver inner frame

2 - silver black-specked outer frame / black red-specked inner frame / flat silver inner frame / black slip

They look like the kind of mouldings I've seen overseas, but nothing like it that I can think of in the UK. I would strongly encourage them towards a nicer design. But then I haven't seen the art work...

These are the works, Justin. I don't necessarily think they don't work with the frames, but what do you think? Perhaps the frames are a bit too modern/pop art for the style of paintings, now looking at them again. Still, I think the overall presentation with the suedette mount and multiple frames looks good.

In the end, the client went elsewhere, to I won't be doing this job anyway. It does make me think about similar such situations, and how easily or readily we can source moulding designs used in other countries.

Don't quite understand!
Is it that they have some more art which they want you to frame the same way?

Whilst the art is interesting enough, I feel the framing is rather unfortunate.

I am going to attempt to be as diplomatic as Dermot. If you have a look at the framing of the artist's work in this link below, I think you'll agree that it is of a different style and quality. It appears to be presented with collectors in mind, I would say. The framing that you have shared looks to me to be aimed at the tourist market. I image that if I were ever to set foot on a cruise ship, this is the kind of framing I would be faced with.
