Hi folks.
I have a Cassese CS89 that I bought second hand about 13 years ago. It's becoming more and more of a faff to keep going.
Which affordable underpinner do you recommend? It needs to be pneumatic but not programmable. I make maybe 40 frames a week, so not mass production.
Lion sell alfamachine for 2-2.5k, any good?
Many thanks for your time.
Which underpinner?

Re: Which underpinner?
We do about your volume and run the Alfa Minigraf4 3-Position and it is more than adequate for our needs. Handles hardwoods without trouble. We used to run a 2P before we had an inline drier and had problems with leaky valves on that machine that needed regular servicing, but no issues with CMC or Underpinner since we got the drier (circa 6 years ago). In-line lubrication also recommended. I think the 400S is the modern equivalent of mine.
