Morso wanted!
Hello
I'm after a Morso mitre machine to start framing my own pictures. When working as a picture framer, I used this type of cutter and found it ideal for doing the job perfectly.
I've been looking on eBay, but they are usually nowhere near me.
Thankyou for looking!

Morso wanted
Hello Bez 7293
We have a spare morso that we would like to sell. It has hardly been used & all mechanical parts are in excellent working order. It was stored in a barn, so has some superficial rust, but nothing a rub over with fine wire wool wouldn't sort out. We want £575 for it. We're based in Brackley, Northants...not too far away. Tel Chris or Val on 01280 702462 if you are interested.

dont let the rust worry you. mine (1974) had to be dismatled and left in a sawn down drum of red diesel for a week to get the rust off and free it up , and its still going strong (albiet painted with red hammerite) 14 years later....
which is more than can be said of the Mike's Land Rover -erm fishing boat. cough.

It's currently sitting in my garaged being soaked in WD40 and carressed into its full magnificent splendour.
So, thanks very much Val (and Chris). It's got a nice shiny new set of blades that I picked up on the way home and it's going to be doing some serious chomping very soon.
Regards,
Steve

Cheers chaps!
Nice to do business with you Steve and once again... best of luck with the framing venture. It's a good business to be in, despite anything we may have said today to the contrary! We've stuck at it for 28 years, so it can't be that bad!
