Picture Hanging.

Post by The Catcher »

I have had a call from a client who wants someone to hang a large frame in their new home.

She is based in Queenspark, North West London.

I am unable to assist due to other commitments and distance.

Is there anyone nearby London, who would be prepared to do the hanging for her?

Please let me know either by PM or by posting on this thread.

Unless I'm missing something here, why can't her husband/partner/friend hang the picture - I know that for some framer's the remit ends once the frame was made and delivered?

We don't advertise a hanging service, but if we are asked I will always go to a local customers house to hang the picture. It isn't often, it is usually for someone who can't manage to hang the picture themselves - either elderly or disabled, or occasionally bone idle, but it all helps with your goodwill.

Unfortunately for this customer, I am in Lancashire so can't help

Try "Thou Art in Hampstead" (on the web). I think they do a hanging service. They're based in West Hampstead, NW London.
