samples o mouldings

hi you may have seen the topic about asking for new samples from simons i was looking at when i sent the first email to sales@emafyl.co.uk it was on the 12th sept
they said that they lost the email or never got the emil but i have been asking the salesman on the phone which i phone about twich a week now he tells me the samples are lost nobody knows where the samples are at
today i emailed him for 400ft of mouldings and asked him to tell me when i would get these mouldings because i will be opening my doores on monday 6th but i have called another supplier about samples they said they would be here on tues the 7th hope for the best

I hope things improve for you with Simons - they are worth some perserverance - it's a shame you need to perservere though.

Ring, don't email, and ask for Laverne - she's brilliant! Also, find out who your area manager is and speak to him, it is also quite easy, unlike some companies, to be put through to a head honcho - ask for Daniel Simons.

I've never had any response to emails sent to Simons, nor have they ever initiated one to me.
