They do seem, not to be expensive for a 19" x 14" frame.
Are you using Polcore/plastic frames and how is the images fixed onto the backing board?
Are you using Acrylic at the moment within that price quoted?

Acrylic not been used that is for a other product i have come up with the frame is 39mm w not 28 as i said before www.aceportraits.co.uk
