Is that one of the FATG training videos? Part 3 – serving customers. In this part Grover GCF demonstrates how to help a customer choose the right frame for his picture, with hilarious consequences. (his first mistake is that he’s not using Pre-View or EstLite)

I can’t wait for part 4 – Big Bird GCF demonstrates how to build a really good website to increase sales and profit.
