For sale - Keencut Dart mountcutter.

Post by Not your average framer »

For sale - Keencut Dart mountcutter. For those who don't know this is the compact (24") version of the Keencut Ace. It has all the usual features, including an aluminium base as all other Keencuts.

It is in excellent working order and has no noticable wear due to spending a very large part of it's life in storage as a back-up, in case anything went wrong with my normal mountcutter, which was at the time a Keencut Ultimat. The Ultimat is now the back-up in case of problems with my Keencut Ultimat Gold, hence the reason for selling the Dart.

It was fully serviced some time ago and was fitted with a new blade return spring at that time. It has been in storage since servicing and has not had much if any use after the servicing.

As I have already indicated, it is in excellent working order and can be demonstrated to prove that this is so.

I am hoping for £75 for it, which I think is a good deal for a good accurate mountcutter, but may consider offers. Buyer collects.

Ideal for a beginner, anyone who does not need to cut mounts larger than 24", or anyone wanting a compact and easily portable mountcutter.
