Picture Framing Magazine

Post by Spook of the Boat »

A question for subscribers to the PFM. Have you experienced any problems with actually getting the magazine? I subscribed towards the end of last year and only received my first edition (Jan 10) in mid Feb and then only after numerous e-mail enquiries, of which only the last was answered. Feb issue arrived within the expected timeframe but here we are in mid April and I have yet to receive the March copy. Once again, e-mail enquiries remain unanswered. I wondered was this typical or am I just unlucky. After the Jan issue problem I was assured they had the correct address but clearly there is still a problem. More than anything I am annoyed at the lack of response to my e-mails. Would be interested in your views and experiences as subscribers to PFM>

Hi Spook of the boat and welcome to the forum

yes we did have problems last year, have now subscribed to the digital version which should eradicate that problem... not sure when our next copy will arrive though.

Hi Spook of the Boat,

We initially had problems when we took out our subscription but once they get going it seems to be OK. Must check though when I got my last one though? The digital version is useful though because it gives you an indication of when you should be expecting your copy.

Welcome to the forum.

Thanks for those responses. I have to confess I'm more disappointed at the lack of response from PFM to my queries than the actual problem. For some reason I had high expectations, sadly they have not been met.

I have no problems getting them...seems like they are getting smaller and smaller.
