Just a quick intro from someone who's just sat in the background here since registering last year when I was looking to buy a mount cutter.
We are a fairly specialised company & make our own box frames specifically for framing life casts - 3D hand & feet in particular. Business has grown & we now do quite a bit of local framing & a lot of photo name frames - a bit of a trend at the moment. We certainly don't claim to be true professional framers & admire the knowledgebase some of the regulars on here have got & share.
My main reason for 'coming out' is that I have been getting a number of calls as a result of a company called Memories Gallery in Lincoln letting down customers at the Ideal Home Show. They were selling photo name frames & seem to have taken orders & payment but are now uncontactable. Does anyone know them or have a name or number other than the mobile on their website?

Of course, it's not really my problem but I like to give any help I can to could be a potential future customer - especially if it helps them view independant framers in a positive light.
