We already have the framers blues - we just need to get a group together to put it to music.
Meanwhile - for me you cannot beat a bunch of middle aged (+) Welsh men - especially this bunch - same choir as my link above - The Morriston Orpheus.
"What have we done"! (It's not youtube - you have to click the play button - watch those not-so-young guys - some singing with their eyes shut - in Zulu! (Or whatever language Zulus speak)

Enjoy!

Re: suggested anthem for the forum
I've just had to go on u tube and watch more of the who, the best thing about being an older framer (I turned fortythirteen last week). is the bands we saw in our youth,Bowie when he was Ziggy 1973, The Who at charlton with kieth moon, Lou reed on the same bill. mid 70s Led Zeppelin.Pink Floyd.then bands like The Clash. Elvis costello, Joe Jackson. The stones 4times.and many more ,my teenagers envy the music i grew up with,as do most young people, most young pub bands cover all our old favorites. off to see Faithless next week,I like a bit of dance nowdays, then Paul Mc cartney next month.

watch out for heather M - she is still jealous - but not a problem for a genuine fan - she doesn't have a leg to stand on!

A short while ago a group of pensioners did a 'novelty' recording of the Who's "My Generation." Thing is, the record was a hit in 1963. That was Forty-Seven Years ago. The pensioners would have been in their twenties or even teens then. Where's the f-f-f-f-flipping novelty???
