Cloth for Velcro Chevron Display

Post by absolute framing »

Hi,

I have 6M of Black, brushed nylon loop cloth, which is used to make display boards for chevrons.

Collect from Dublin, Ireland € 98.00

I used it to make up some display boards today, see attached finished items.

NB This is for the cloth, not the finished boards

Cheers,

Stephen

Am just ordering some more of that from Lion @ STG £ 6.64 / m (1370mm wide). Is there something special about the one you have used ?

Dont know, just getting rid of it at under cost price. I paid Euro 16.50 per M + VAT @ 21% = Euro 119.79

BTW Stg 6.64 x 6M = 39.84 + Lion Delivery 20 = 59.84 + UK Vat @ 17.5% = £70.13 converted to EURO = 84.37

Thanks for your helpful post though, good to know for future reference.

I just wana get rid of the stuff, so if it means absorbing more of a loss and charging 85 Euro, so be it.

Dermot, if your still interested pop in and we'll sort something out.

Ok - Thanks for that.
I was just looking at the /m cost only , as am ordering other items to bring up the total order value above their carriage free level and am not considering VAT at all as normally dont pay VAT on any purchases from companies in other EU contries (once we give supplier our Irish VAt number)
Thanks again.

Many thanks for the cloth Stephen…..it saved me a lot of messing around being able to pick it up from you.

And as I suspected I would get a win out of visiting your workshop, they way you sorted the height issue for storing your moulding is ingenious, I’m going to nick your idea and change my storage from horizontal to vertical which will give me much better access and visibility of my moulding stock…

Just need to get the builders back in for a day to sort things out.

BTW you have a very nice set up at your location………….sooooooooooooo tidy………
