Valiani are fully committed in providing you the end user with the very best of support. As a result we are pleased to announce the formation of the Valiani Support Group UK (VSG) serving both the UK and Republic of Ireland. The VSG will be run by John Cooper of Merlin Framers, Cornwall and Mal Reynolds of Harlequin Frames, Lincoln. Both are experienced Valiani users and are highly qualified having completed a number of software courses and maintenance courses here in Certaldo, Florence, Italy. They are both Valiani Accredited CMC trainers and demonstrators.
