Hi my name is Dave AKA camerashy, I have been into digital photography for 10 years now have a Nikon D700 with a few Nikon lenses.
I enjoy landscapes, motorsport and studio photography and put some of my photographs here www.pbase.com/dav4184
I now want to start cutting my own mounting boards and begin trying to frame later hence my reasons for joining this Forum.
I hope I will learn from you guys and maybe sometime in the future be able to offer some of my own experiences and knowledge.
Thanks
Dave

Hello Dave and welcome to the Forum
You will find loads of helpful people on here so get stuck in and ask some questions.
The search function is also really useful because of lot of new people on the forum get stuck on similar things and so they have been discussed before and you can pick up loads of tips that way.
And most important of all don't forget to register to visit Framers Forum Live in Stratford in September - it is well worth a visit.
Good luck and happy framing

Hi Guys, many thanks for the warm welcome...I did see the Framers forum live Show in September but first wondered if it was only for those people in the framing business, if not then I will certainly register for it.
Thanks again
Dave

Hi Dave
For Framers Forum Live event is by framers for framers and so you would be very welcome to attend and hopefully will find it really useful, entertaining, informative and a great social event too.
We attended for the first time last year and signed up straight away for this year's event because of the great time we had last year.
