Best way to touch up chipped gesso

Post by CalicoFraming »

Hi all

I've got a moulding with, so I'm told, a gesso coating underneath the gold finish. The mitres are a little ragged through the gesso and there is a tiny chip in the bottom outer corner of each mitre - can anyone give me some tips on the best way to make good this damage?

Thanks as always

Liberon Gilt cream. You will need to get the right shade though.

Stocked by Lion and other wholesalers.
