Can you provide bit more information Mikey?
What OS are you using?
What happens when you try to access the forum, does IE display a message?
Anything else that you think might help with a diagnosis?
Microsoft adresses the problem here:

Re: framers forum on internet explorer
Hi there John - Im using Vista on a DEll laptop . In IE9 clicking the forum on favourites absolutely nothing happens - same when i try to go via google . Its just as though i didn't click at all . All other sites come up like the grumble etc. FF Facebook comes up ok but not the main site - really weird.
I suppose i should turn my computer off and on to see if that changes anything although i cannot see why it would.

I'd be surprised if the Microsoft Answers link (bottom of my previous post) does not have the solution you seek.

Mikey. Ditch the Vista.
Win 7 is much better. So was XP.

Re: framers forum on internet explorer
Windows 7 was the reason I switched to Mac. I got sick and tired of sub-standard operating systems that needed new drivers, different software etc. When I switch the comp on, if there is a software upgrade, then that's fine. I don't mind paying for it but I expect it to be backward comapatable with eveything else. Last Windows I had was XP.
Love Mac now and so fast.
