Help I need someone with a jetmounter 44

Post by Clarry »

I had a customer last week with something I can't do.

He brought in 9x pictures that measure 30cms by 42cms each and when laid out in a 3x3 pattern they make up a picture. Now he wants this mounting onto what he called "not floppy board" so foam core then!

Each picture needs a small (2-3mm) gap around it to give a distinctive look. The overall size of this thing being 126.6 x 90.6 cms, so not exactly small.

I have no way of doing this and can only think of either massive rollers for cold mounting or a massive hot press. I don't have either and don't really want to hand roller it, but I will if it's my only option. I'm hoping one of my fellow experts  on here that may be able to help and is located East Yorkshire/North Lincolnshire ish. I'm not a million miles from Hull.

Any help is appreciated.
