Printed these today for the artist, I like em, I wish I could pursuade him to let me frame them aswell though.

Yeah, I think they are a bit cheaper, he sell his originals 24 x 20" at around the £1500 mark in the UK and get a little more over in the US.
We are selling a fair few of the prints though, he was published by Solomon and whitehead before they went a couple of years back, Des is more well known for the policemen on bikes.

I made a frame for a Miller the other week for a gallery and it was worth 18K
Can't see what all the fuss is though, they are not that great i know better artists who paint better than Miller.

Aye, I never really, and it's unlikely I ever will get the 'value' of some things. I get the fact something either looks nice or someone has talent to create it but the value!?? I just don't know. You're right, I've seen some of those 'Chinese Oils' that have been mentioned recently and some of them are just excellent in terms of paintingmanship (such a word?). It seems that painting ability and value aren't related.

Yes but all they can do is copy someone eases work, thats not painting in my opinion.
