JET MOUNTER JM26 - FOR SALE

Post by TCP »

Hi All,

We have our JM26 for sale, it is in great condition to look at although we are missing the little black knob that sits on the end of the speed adjustment but the adjuster is still fine. The bad point is the top roller currently does not turn when the motor starts up, we believe and have been told its a fairly easy job to re-attach the arm to the motor but as we never use the machine we think someone can have a bargain and o thejob themselves.
We're looking for £150 ono including postage. As many of you know this is a steel at this price. See the picture below:

I believe we also have the media bar for along the top. postage fully tracked on a next day service.

It's the bottom roller thats driven... the top one is free running. Usually the grub screw works loose on the gear thats on the end of the driven roller. As long as the motor is running it should be an easy fix for a potential buyer! Thats my personal experience as I've had the JM26 and now have a JM34 and both have done this..... and £150 is a steal!

Best of luck with your sale

Hi Chris, Sorry... haven't use the JM26 for so long forgot that the top roller isn't the driven one... and yes the motor is running perfect. thanks for your comments... it really is a stell, I think normal second hand value is around the 3 to 4 hundred mark.

Had an hour spare today to try and solve the problem with it......................actually took less than 10 minutes to get the side off, find a chain and cog floating around inside, join it all back together again and it's now up and running perfect.
