Looks like a custom hand finish. So you might need to source the unfinished mouldings.

Rose & Hollis catalogue would be a good place to start.

Looks like it might be A129 or possibly A160 from Rose and Hollis. 020 7272 5551

it may be Rose and hollis A160
I would say it's an obeche moulding with a black stain and wax
Try a brown wax over a black stain
gives a bit more warmth to the finish

Looks to me like the artist is Jeremy Houghton and the frame is therefore probably made by our own 'framemaker' Richard Christie.
