4 time wasters so far... should I publish these peoples' details?

All have promised to buy and have either not turned up, ignored phone calls or tried to reduce the agreed price at the point of collection
It's an honest working Morso F with spare blades, new guards and metric scale.... still for sale before I simply give it to the local pikey for scrap.
