Hi, I have for some time been considering investing in a couple of Ultimo 11 mount board storage carts, as shown in the Lion catalogue. Does anyone have any experience of them?

For the price of one of them you could build a fleet of storage carts by using 15mm ply as I did, I have four of these , each one is 44cm wide (internal) just took a couple of sheets of ply and castors on the bottom and a handle at the front, an afternoon's work

Plywood ones are the way to go - much stronger.
Make sure you get strong castor wheels, two fixed and two swivel for each unit.

I have a couple of DIY ones. Never thought to put casters on 
I did fix a few bits on thin moulding lengthwise to the 'floor'. Easier to keep the boards upright.
