it's perhaps a gimmick, but we have decided to resurrect our webcam in the shop.

slight difference this time is we have live streaming video and audio rather than motion jpegs.

I just had a quick look today. What a great idea, any chance you can talk us through the logistics of getting it up and running. Is it simply buying a webcam and becoming a broadcaster on ustream?
And I just heard you get a row for having the music up too loud

Exactly that, download the ustream broadcaster program to your computer. Signin, select webcam and click broadcast :d
