Framing equipment for sale

Post by Spook of the Boat »

Having retired, moved to Cheshire and being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, I have been framing even less than when I was working and commuting daily to London from Waterlooville. Therefore I have decided to sell some of my equipment.

I have an Ultimat Gold 48inch mount cutter. This was bought new from Wessex framing just before moving in 2009, never been used and is still in its original box and the seal never broken.

Also, I have a Cassesse Mitre cutter with right hand support arm/measuring gauge. Bought at the same time as the above and has had only light hobbyist usage.

The cost new at time of purchase was £840 and £1200 respectively but I'm sure those interested will have an idea from e-bay sales etc. what a fair price for these items in new/nearly new condition.

If anyone is interested, post a response and we can arrange to talk further.

Hi.

I would be interested in the Ultimate Gold as i am just about to open my first shop, but am on a tight budget
with having to decorate etc.

Would be able to pay £200 cash and collect, as I'm also in Cheshire.

I would certainly be interested in the Ultimat Gold, please PM me with a rough price that you had in mind?

I would need to arrange for a courier would that be an issue if I let you know when they would be collecting?

Thanks for the interest. Completely understand your budgetary constraints but unfortunately, after a little research, I'd be looking for somewhat more than than that. Looking through this particular subject board I notice the last one of these to sell was in use for three years and went for £450, mine has never even been opened.

Sorry, but may I wish you every success as you embark on your new venture.
