Are you actually looking for a computer operated mount cutter?

Before the digital age there were actually cutters that were used production settings that were powered by pneumatics. They had production stops that had to be set for each size.

I am looking for a pneumatic mount cutter similar to a Smart or Valiani or one of those. The board clamp is pneumatic and the head has a pneumatic plunge and cut. These are relatively cheaper than a computerised one and would serve my needs. Obviously if there is a CMC for sale out there at a great price I would be interested as well.
Thanks
