looking at purchasing Estlie. Seems to have some very good reviews. Question I have is does the full version provide much more really usable functionality than the Basic Version?

Estlite - The full blown version has many more features than BBEst. It really depends upon how you are going to use the program. If you want basic pricing then BBEst will do the job. If you want to use Estlite as a proper point of sale tool then you need to go for the full version - Estlite.
With Estlite you have searchable customer records - Till function - label printing - postcode look up* and SMS* or email notifications to the customer that work is complete. You can also network Estlite so have two or more terminals running the program - and accessing common data - handy if you want to call up info in your workshop whilst someone else is pricing jobs in the shop.
