I've an Ordnance Survey Map to frame but need someone to cold mount it for me. I'm in Dumfries and Galloway so I out on a limb here, however her in doors wants a couple of days away so I could tailor my trip North or South from Gretna ie. Lake District or Highlands. Anyone willing to help out ? I've read all the do's and don't, ie. NO heat.

Is it laminated?

I've not got it in my possession at the moment, however I'm lead to believe it's not laminated.
