who publishes Bill Tolley?

I used to sell these many years ago and can't for the life of me remember who the publisher is, I know he died a few year ago , can any one help me out ?

I think it was Solomon & Whitehead, but they are long gone too.

YES ! they were , its all coming back to me now!
but they are still available online so he must have a different publisher now, hate to have to tell my customer to source it online!
