FRAMING EQUIPMENT – FOR SALE.
We are selling a complete set of professional picture framing equipment. The equipment comes in good working condition with some spares and tools also a considerable amount of frame mouldings, some mount board and mounts.
The mitre cutter and underpinner can be used for any woodworking mitre work and has been used to create kitchen cabinet doors, tables and other general cabinet work.
The equipment has been used to support our own family picture work, both painting and enamelware over the last 10 years and is lightly used but in good condition.
Morso F (F54905) foot operated guillotine which cuts perfect double mitres at 45 degrees (and other angles) in wood and polymer mouldings up to approximately 100mm wide and 140mm tall. It is one of the superior older all cast iron models built to last a life time.
The Morso F needs no compressed air or electric supply, and creates no noise or dust. Off cuts slide down the waste chute at the rear for collection.

Alfamacchine Mini-Graph 4 pneumatic underpinner of robust production quality on a stand with a compressor and airlines.
Rebuilt with new pistons by a qualified specialist in 2011 and lightly used since. This Machine can precisely insert or stack V-Nails into the same corner positions frame after frame. After the framer sets the stops (up to 2 nail positions per corner), the V-Nails are then driven at the correct positions along the frame joint by simply touching the hand lever and stepping on the foot pedal.
As a production duty model it will drive 4 sizes of V-Shaped Wedges (5MM-7MM-10MM-15MM) in multiples or singly. It has adjustable hold down and driving pressure for driving into all types of wood moulding woods easily.

Viewing can be arranged at our workshop in North Berwick. This is a collection only due to the solidity and weight of the equipment. We will give basic training to the buyer
