OR..... take up hand-finishing. Chippy mouldings hold no terrors for me any more. :lol:

Based on my recent experiences I see hand finished stuff starting to become more and more attractive by the day. I'm gonna look into some training on that soon, hopefully I can get something worked out.

Thanks to everyone for the updates - good to know I'm not alone with these 'undocumented features' (used to work in IT and we were always told not to mention problems, errors etc - everything was an opportunity, a concern, an issue or something equally stupid. But to admit the obvious!! Oh God no :)
