That reminds me of a local tv news report about 20 years ago, it showed a blind man using one of those, can't remember what the item was about, but I can still see the blind man using it

Wow. Had no idea of the existence of that one. But if the guillotine I am thinking of getting can only shave the ends rather than cut through a piece of moulding how can this one manage it?

Good point.

Doesn't look as though the blades can be moved back and forth which would limit it's capacity to moulding you could slice though in one go. Although you could still use it for trimming the ends if you first sawed bigger/tougher stuff.
