Oh, I really like that! It's brilliantly executed and it looks great. I reckon that you are really onto something with that and I expect that your customers will really like it when you show them a sample chevron.

Is there any paticular reason for using the sub-frame profile? If you don't need to use the sub-frame profile, there may be lower cost alternatives.

Thanks. :P . I used the subframe profile as it was the thinnest base I had handy and is easy to pin as it has the little notch in it so I can pin from the inside of the frame so no pins showing on the outside. This makes it quite quick to assemble. The oak is 50mm deep and the subframe is 8mm so I get a handy 42mm of depth.
