i had a lot of problems with an ordanance survey map a couple of years back,it had a funny waterproof surface on it and wouldnt stick and wrinkled in the frame without being stuck down,i ended up sandwitching it between two pieces of glass and that sorted the problem

Just thought I'd show you how I eventually did this large laminated Ordinance survey map.I had a text from my friend last week, who I was doing it for, I'd had it so long he said he thought the Ordinance survey map may have changed by the time he got it :(

I found a roll of double sided sticky sheet that I bought from LION a couple of years ago. I laid it down on the MDF sheet, peeled off the top sheet and then carefully laid down the map onto it. I then went over it with a rubber roller to make sure it was well and truly stuck down. That sticky sheet stuff really did the trick, I then laid some 3mm acrylic over it, put it in the frame and put some strengtheners on the back of the frame. I'm quite pleased with it, thanks for all your advise and thanks to The Jolly Good Framer for the offer to use his HGP 360 Hotpress
